Astrology can be used for educational and informative
purposes, all of them suggestions of opportunities that can describe a
persona, lead to a vocation (for example in a birth or solar return
chart), show the type of relationships the client may be drawn to, what
the potential for a medical status is and more.
In a horary reading, the client asks questions – then the astrologer
allows the client to get answers to daily questions, such as – ‘where are
my keys?” Should I buy this house? Should I date this guy? Girl?
The medical astrologer reads a natal or decumbiture chart (a chart
thrown for when the client becomes ill, enters a hospital, takes to their
bed or initiates a treatment for a disease) and for discovery of the
potential outcome. Note that the medical astrologer does not diagnose
or prognose any medical issues that come up in a reading. Although the
astrologer can point you in the direction of a bodily (or psychological)
need, if there is a specific concern; the astrologer will point you to a
licensed provider, MD, DO, PA, NP or an alternative provider such as a
naturopath, homeopath, herbalist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage
therapist, reiki master etc. Note that astrology, along with all the
additional modalities of therapy in our global healing community, works
as a whole with the goal of creating Homeostasis (the balance of the
universe captured in a human cell). Astrology can be one of your tools,
to point you in the right direction to establish your proper medical
care.
